Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin Seeds are a raw heirloom variety grown exclusively in upstate New York. This variety is naturally hull-less, an heirloom variety. The majority of pumpkin seeds found in grocery stores and snack foods are actually hulled seed kernels and are imported from Asia or eastern Europe. Stony Brook’s Pumpkin Seeds are larger and darker in color. They have a hearty, robust flavor that make a great snack by themselves or added to salads, roasted veggies or baked goods.
